LM2023 Trainee Registration Discount & Virtual Scholarship<\/h1>\n

Join us for the hybrid LM2023 conference from\u00a0October 29th \u2013 November 1st<\/strong>. Attendees will be able to choose to attend in-person OR virtual\u200bly. If you are a student or a resident, please use this form to submit your enrollment or employment documents to apply for the LM2023 \u200bVirtual Trainee Registration Scholarship OR for the LM2023 Trainee discounted rate. \u200bThe LM2023 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship will waive the cost to register for the entire online conference, pre & post-conference workshop can be attended in-person at an additional cost.<\/p>\n

NOTE: Virtual scholarships are only available for Students\/Trainees who currently hold an active ACLM membership. Those who are not active members (or who are not interested in receiving a scholarship) can still apply to attend at the following Trainee discounted rates:<\/p>\n

In-person attendance fee:<\/strong> Trainee Member: $749 | Trainee Non-member: $999
\nVirtual attendance fee:<\/strong> Trainee Member: $99 | Trainee Non-member: $249<\/p>\n

To qualify for a virtual scholarship OR discount, all Students\/Trainees (member or non-member) must verify their enrollment in an academic program (at least 1\/2 time) or employment through a residency program\u200b.\u200b Virtual scholarships are limited, and will be awarded to qualified applicants until all scholarships have been distributed.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can obtain a National Student Clearinghouse EnrollmentVerify Certificate through your institution, free of charge OR use the National Student Clearinghouse\u2019s current enrollment verification website (a $2.50 processing fee will apply): https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/vs\/Index<\/a><\/p>\n
